Maximizing your God-given gifts, platform, and calling is easier with a seasoned creative in your corner.
CONSTANCE RHODES, ACC
My coaching is uniquely designed to give creatives the nuanced support you need to steward the voice God gave you.
As creatives, it can be hard to find support that “gets” us. But that doesn’t mean it’s ok to go it alone. In fact, we can’t be our best creative selves without having people in our lives who know the TRUE us, and who are glad to be with us, regardless of how we perform.
Since my first job in the music business in my twenties, I’ve spent nearly three decades in creative, ministry & leadership spaces, and I understand the unique challenges of being called to impact culture through art, communication and creativity. These days, I love that my clients get to benefit from my experience, accelerate their business or ministry development, and avoid many of the mistakes I made along the way.
I also love helping speakers, writers and performers grow in your craft, for your own joy and to make the greatest impact.
Wherever you are in your creative journey or public platform, NOW is a great time to invest in growing your skills, strength and community for the road ahead.

Pricing & FAQ
Due to the unique nature of my experience, combined with the variety of configurations I offer (1:1, groups, workshops, and more), I approach pricing with thoughtful consideration for both the value I bring and what feels appropriate given each client’s needs, goals, and financial circumstances. We can discuss these options in detail, including sliding scale possibilities, when we connect.
It is also important for you to know that I feel called specifically to serve those who are actively pursuing their giftings AND have a desire to grow in knowing and sharing the love, kindness and compassion of Jesus. These distinctions are important to me when considering participants for coaching, workshops and cohorts.

I received my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2020 and have remained current with mandatory renewal requirements, including Mentor Coaching, continuing education, and recertification every three years.
With nearly two decades of personal and professional experience in recovery spaces, I am very comfortable with uncomfortable topics, and have a heart to bring compassionate encouragement, discernment, and straightforward feedback when it best serves the client.
Please note that coaching is different than counseling, and many of us benefit from both. I will do my best to guide you toward counseling if I discern it would be of more benefit to your growth goals.
-
There are a lot of ways to answer this question, but for me, perhaps the easiest differentiation is that while counseling often involves deep work around particular past events that have shaped our beliefs and behaviors, coaching is focused on removing obstacles to pursue desired new behaviors. It is goal-oriented, and when done right, forward momentum should be realized in some manner.
NOTE: For many creatives, forward momentum is actually evidenced by slowing down a little and giving yourself permission to breathe so you can create from a position of overflow. It may sound counter-intuitive, but such a shift can actually produce greater results in the long run.

I began working in creative spaces in 1995 when I was first hired at Sparrow Records (now Capitol Christian Music Group). Since then I’ve had the privilege of helping numerous artists, speakers and communicators thrive in their calling through branding, coaching and consulting. You can read more about this and other professional creative work I’ve done on my ABOUT PAGE.
What probably matters more, however, is that I AM a creative. I have been writing and performing music since my teens, published two books with traditional publishers, shot a music video in Kenya with Compassion International, co-produced a reality show, and have appeared on national stages and media for over two decades. I’m also a highly visual person who loves designing things (like this site) and who recently achieved a perfect score on the Design Home APP (which - while awesome - means I will probably never play it again. Ha.)
These days, my primary creative outlet is a return to my first love: music. I play piano, write songs, and sing as one-half of a duo with my husband called SANCTUAIRE WORSHIP, an immersive live experience featuring cinematic soundscapes, gentle worship and original songs to give people space to breathe and listen to Jesus. We also mentor and collaborate with other musicians through our sister ministry, ENCOUNTER CREATIVE CO.
A true left/right brain mix, what I’m finding the older I get is that leaning into the music and relational aspects of creativity is where I feel most in my own skin. This is why my work these days is focused in those two primary areas.

Your first step is to fill out my Contact Form so I can learn a little bit about you and what you are looking for in coaching or cohorts. If it feels like a fit for what I offer, I will schedule a free Discovery Call so we can connect more personally. This doesn’t commit either of us to anything, but allows us both to get a feel for whether working together may be a fit.
Following the Discovery Call, if we choose to work together, I typically recommend a standard 60-minute session in six-session packages. These are normally via Zoom though if you are local we can talk through in-person options.
Sessions typically begin with a ”feelings check-in,” to get your relational circuits firing. From there, my goal is to be attentive to what you want to get out of that session time, with flexibility along the way according to how God leads us. Typically we’ll come out of the session with at least one actionable “SMART” goal, based on your stated desires.
-
Depending on where we’re starting and what your goals are, times can vary greatly. What I have found to be helpful is to begin with a six-session block, after which we can evaluate the desire to pursue an additional block. If at any time you feel the work is no longer benefiting you, you are not locked into anything.
-
Due to its sensitive nature, coaching requires the intentional development of relational trust to be effective. Because of this, I generally recommend a commitment of six-sessions at a time for my coaching clients. These can be weekly, bi-weekly or even monthly. Fees can be paid up front for a discount, or we can go session-by-session. If financial assistance is needed, please feel free to let me know.
-
I am highly committed to 100% confidentiality with my clients. I will never tell others I’m working with you without your permission, even if they ask me straight out. If we run into each other in a public place, I will in no way acknowledge you in a revealing manner unless you invite me to. You will also never hear me talk about my other clients by name without permission, even if their journey overlaps yours in some way. After 25+ years of experience in church, ministry and recovery settings I can say with confidence that I am extremely capable of maintaining this confidentiality even when working with people who operate within similar (or in some cases the same) realms.

I love doing 1:1 coaching with both men and women. When it comes to cohorts, currently these are just for women, though I’d love to see some dudes rise up who feel called to lead a cohort for men, because we ALL need community that “gets” us.
