Stewarding the voice God gave you takes courage. You weren’t made to do it alone.

Helping creatives live known in real time.

How many people (really) know what it’s like inside your world?

Not just the things you share publicly, but the things that keep you up at night. Like that unanswered text. Or the comment someone made. Or the fear that you’re too much—or not enough—to walk fully in God’s purpose for your life…

Living the creative life is not for the faint of heart. When the challenges come, it takes a village to keep us healthy, regulated and TRUE.

You may think it’s not worth the risk to let others see behind the curtain of your calling, but being a Lone Ranger in ministry has always been an existential threat. Because none of us was made to go it alone.

The good news is, you don’t have to. :)

CONSTANCE RHODES, ACC

I offer confidential artist development, coaching, groups, and live events to help you strengthen your creative voice while growing your capacity for living known in healthy community.

1:1

Work one on one with me to feel more known and supported as a creative. We’ll work on practical things like strengthening your creative voice, developing rhythms to actively pursue your dreams, and setting healthy boundaries to protect your time and your heart. We will also listen to Jesus together about how he wants to partner WITH you as you pursue his calling on your life.

GROUPS

Boost your creative, relational and spiritual growth by joining one of my highly-curated cohorts. These gender-specific groups are limited to six people so there is room for every voice (and heart) to be heard. Learn practical, creative and ministry skills while practicing being present with other creatives who are glad to be with you.

EVENTS

There are two primary in-person options I offer to help your group encounter Jesus and grow in their relational health with others. I offer workshops on themes of identity, creativity and living known in real time. My husband and I also love doing “listening worship” sessions called Sanctuaire where people can encounter the judgment-free love of Jesus.

As creatives, our voices are strongest—and most TRUE—when we dare to live known in real time.

If that feels kinda scary, it’s ok. You don’t have to jump into the deep end first. Let’s start with a gentle discovery process where you can share a little of your story with me, I can tell you more about how my work might help, and we can listen to Jesus about what comes next.
